I found this product did not meet my expectations and am very disappointed. I would like to get a refund as it is expensive. I had troubled working out the rough and smooth sides of the cloth. To use it properly it means that your hand is in the soapy water which does not work well for sensitive skin. It did not work on my oven rack which had a build up from cooking.
I am very happy with my other Koala clothes and use them all the time. What a shame this was not the same outcome. How do I get a refund?

these are such a waste of money they do not remove baked on grim on my oven racks as you state also they do not rinse clean as you claim
your cloths do not remove soap scum from my shower
also they do not clean my cooktop it still has smears marks on it
my fridge is stainless steel and the result from using your cloths is the same as my cooktop
TO RETURN THEM IS DIFFICULT THEY GO BACK TO ANOTHER COUNTRY NOT AUSTRALIA

Very happy with my Koala Mesh cloths as well as my Koala Cloths for cleaning all the inside and outside of the shower mirrors etc. Used th Koala Cloth on the windows of my car especially the windscreen on the in side which previously was extremely difficult to clean without smudging. Full marks.

The scrub didn’t hold up to the hype it was getting. It got a hole in it not long after I started using it on the wall of my air fryer & it cut my finger to the point it drew blood.
Didn’t even do the job it was supposed to do. The fragments went everywhere & it didn’t even wash up clean like it showed in the advertisement & the scrub didn’t have much on it.
I felt it was a waste of money & way too expensive for the outcome. Was absolutely disappointed in this product.

I love this cloth. It is very gentle but does the job, and i like the fact that it doesnt clog up like similar mildly abrasive cloths that i have had. It washes out easily and so far has lasted well. I will be buying more of these when these ones wear out.

Everyone needs this one just a little mesh square with super power. It has got stains off my pots that have been there for ages. All my pots and pans are so clean.
We were going to throw out an old pan. I used the mesh square to clean it. It cleaned it so well, we will be using that pan for a long time now.

Not as thick as they look in the photo. Was a bit disappointed. Thought they were a combo of anti scratch mesh and koala cloth. Nope just 2 layers of see-through mesh sewn together.

The mesh cloth is really good to clean a stainless steel fridge door and my ceramic hot plates if food/ oil is stuck on.

Well I don’t use steel wool because I always end up with it splintering into my fingers I’m old and I have frail skin. So these looked interesting. And so far they work good. and no sore fingers. I’m sharing mine with my twin.
So all up I’m pretty happy. Koala always pack there goods well and arrived in good time.
