Never received it. Placed an order on 4 July 2026, it is now 26 July 2026 and I still haven’t received it. Reached out to customer service and they say it’s not their problem once the carrier company has it and for me to follow up with them. Every other business I have purchased from has taken responsibility for their order right to the end including following up with the carrier company to find out what is going on with the delivery. This company doesn’t seem to care whether you receive your order or not, they leave it up to you to chase the carrier company and try to find your parcel. Very poor customer service.

Terrible quality . The lining of the glove is so thin and not attached to the outer material therefore it all bunches up . Very disappointing.

Thought it was great for using on the windscreen in my car. Used it on all the cars windows. Absolutely awsome. Got rid of that awful film that builds up over time.

These products are excellent. They make cleaning easier and you don't need chemicals. A warm wet cloth over for grime or mold on glass or windows then buff or just wipe with Koala cloth. So bloody simple. Excellent for inside of car windshields.

Bought the cloths for family and the mitt for myself. It lives in my shower and cleans as advertised. My only issue is the lining slips around and makes wiping a tad more difficult.
Highly recommend and although expensive for a cleaning cloth, they are definitely good value for money.

I find the Koala cloths to be great on the shower screen and tiles they don't have the soap scum and drip marks they had before.
The glove is amazing in the kitchen.
I gave my son a cloth to try on his windscreens and he rang me to thank me they made a huge difference.

My sister told me about your product, and i was a bit sceptical BUT after using the kOALA Cloths.. Thought the hype was a bit overrated to be honest, but I am very happy to report, I WAS WRONG. These cloths are truly all they say they are. Wet the cloth, smear all over the glass, then dry with the other one...bingo, bango... super clean, no streak windows and doors.

I used the Koala glove for the first time on a huge fish tank that was very dirty from years of disuse and filled with stagnant water. It did a wonderful job bringing the clarity back to the glass to a clear standard I did not expect possible. Have since used on my glass shower surround and it quickly helped me achieve a great streak free job.

I'm nearly 79 years old. Cleaning windows has been costly when using windows cleaners and not always a good job. So reverted to doing them myself which has been a huge job taking several days due to my reduced energy levels and back pain. That has changed after receiving my first Koala cloth order 2 weeks ago. I was amazed at the little effort required to clean bathroom shower screens, mirrors and one glass sliding door to outdoor area. I would give it more than 5 stars. I am so happy I trusted the TV ad which is exactly how the cloth works. I will definitely reorder when more cloths are needed. Outstanding product!

Hi Koala cloth team, Thanks for such a fabulous product! I always cleaned my shower screen with a shower screen squeejee, which was fine but not completely effective. I also cleaned my kitchen surfaces with a chamois - the same! OK but not fabulous.
Now, as someone with disabilities I feel my shower and kitchen surfaces are so much better.
