Initially, I thought the advertising for Koala Cloths was the usual 'unproven' claims and hype, but on trying out my own, I now have a VERY different opinion! Even my husband (and the usual window-cleaner) was very cynical, but now he's a complete convert!
I received a pack of 6 smaller cloths and have given two (along with photocopied instructions) to a very good friend. I now await the results!

I have glass stair and mezzanine panels with silver metal edging in my home and having 3 little grandchildren leaving little hand prints all over them became a nightmare.
One, just one (and I swear this is no lie), wipe over with the large DAMP Koala cloth followed by a wipe over with a large DRY Koala cloth was all it took.
Clean, clear glass panels, ZERO streaks, no sprays added, beautiful shiney metal surrounds ... VERY IMPRESSED.
Next I'm using it on my windows and ranch slider glass.

A thought: including very basic instructions on use as a handout / card would be very helpful e.g. clean glass with damp cloth, polish with dry...

I haven't cleaned my windows for a very long time. They were so dirty that I was not looking forward to doing them. Knowing I had to use class cleaner etc. Then there would streaks.

This is my second purchase of koala cloths. Love them. Use them for everything. My new shower is now 18 months old and it still looks brand new. I have not used anything other than koala cloths when cleaning after a shower.

My first go with the cloth was not very successful, and left water dots all over the mirror. As it turned out I hadn't read up on how to use it properly and once I did the results were amazing. I've used it on my ranchsliders now as well. I had to cut one of the large cloths in half as a wet large one is way to heavy and I hadn't bought any small ones.

It needs to be only slightly damp to use and if you submerge in water it won't wring out and leaves droplets all over the windows. When I used it on the outside windows it just smeared the dirt. The dirt needs to be washed off with a brush and detergent first. I found a chamois left less marks. it was good for cleaning the bathroom sinks and taps and mirror without chemicals but you have to be careful not to over saturate the cloth.

When I first got it,I went round all my mirrors,wow they look new no streaks nothing.
Cleaned lounge windows inside & out inside are great but need to do outside again as they had a lot of dust & dirt on them & I know they'll come up amazing.
I do find them a bit big though,been tempted to cut them but don't want to ruin them. I didn't receive the smaller cloth that was supposed to be a free gift,I would've found that very handy.Highly recommend

I'm currently not that impressed with these cloths. They are leaving lint which is especially visible on well lit bathroom mirrors and I have to use one of my glass cloths to remove this (which they do).
Along with this they didn't do the fabulous job on my windows as promised.
I am a professional cleaner and usually use only a good quality blade on glass. I clean airbnb properties, residential houses and commercial premises along with their windows, some which are very high end properties and everything in between.
I immediately washed them with water only, on their own and when they need freshening repeat this. I make sure no cleaning product is present when they are in use.
They don't do the job with a single wipe either, this is false advertising.
I'm hoping with more use this issue will reduce, it's a lot to spend on cloths and I have some very good ones already so these have a lot to live up to.

It works on glass extremely well. The price is a bit off putting but since I got the ‘buy 3, get 3 free’ deal that softened the blow considerably. I’ve even got my grandson wiping down the shower door after using the shower now so that makes it all worthwhile.

Was not sure at first as we live rural and windows get covered in grime and dust. Finaly, they arrived and although a little bit big for my arthritic hands the Koala cloths are just incredible making cleaning windows and shower so easy. will go one line and purchase some smaller cloths if available. Only problem I have is getting the right level of moisture at the time I want to use it. Too wet after washing or rinsing but easily dries out too much. Can't keep going back all day to check on level of moisture so as to get it in a bag at the right time.

When you send out the cloths to new customers you should give more details of how to use them. I have been frustrated that they don't magically do what all your adverts appear to do. Am I using them wrong? Should spray a little water on windows first? Should I get the cloths very wet before using them on the bathroom. More direct instructions would be very helpful.
