First time I used the brush, bristles came out. An old toothbrush would do the same job.
The cloth does NOT clean shower screen at first wipe. My screens have never been as bad as those shown in the advertisements and after using the towel several times, they are not much better. I should have saved my money.

The brush seems to work fine in grouting and around the taps. I am so pleased with the second cloth. My kettle has never looked so shiny and I also used it on the car windows and side mirrors. Great result. Have recommended them to a friend who subsequently bought 3 cloths. Her splash back came up like new after she used her koala cloth.

The hooks are great they fix firmly and easily. Brush works well in grouting but does lose some bristles. I would like the brush handle to have a loop big enough to fit over the hook as I keep it in the shower ( used a rubbed band to solve the problem)

The advert shows that there is a mop handle that matches the mop heads, but Nowhere in any of your ads is there ANY option to purchase the mop handle.

I do like the cloth. However I am very disappointed with the brush. It is much more abrasive than I expected which I feel could easily mark tap ware if not used carefully. Also, it started to lose bristles from the end of the brush on the first use.
I would have expected a much higher quality for the price of the brush.
